1. Do Things Right
There may be a quick and dirty answer, but that’s rarely the best solution. And it’s probably not ethical. We charge our clients a respectable hourly rate and they deserve the quality they’re paying for.
2. Remember To K.I.S.S.
Our fearless leader has a favorite saying: Keep it simple, stupid.
Don’t beat around the bush, don’t over-complicate technology or situations. There is a best size response for every client request and we never push larger than necessary solutions.
3. Respect Time
Everyone’s time is valuable. Time is money. Don’t hold up others, be honest about what you can provide and never mislead clients or colleagues on timeline, budget or quality.
